So many people confuse peace with the lack of conflict or the lack of war. Peace is much more expansive than that! It's when two divergent energetics, opinions, ideas find a way to get together, find a union that is bigger than the two separate components. The union wouldn't exist without any of the parts and without the conflict either. It's so strong that it transcends and includes all the components with an unreasonable impact that makes a difference for many more people than who were originally participating in it. That's what peace is. It's much more dynamic than a zen mediation. It's more similar to a vibrant spirited living. Love is a moment to moment decision and commitment to the experience of Love and the generous sharing of that space and experience.
